No you will not have a refund but you can go to the website and report the service provider. We will take the necessary measures.

Please respect all of our service provider. We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, the service provider is free to leave your house and your payment will not be refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you notify us in advance (preferably 1hour) to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without notice, we will charge a fee of 100% of the price of the cancelled service.We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
